United Methodist Church Day Three (Friday)

     The time spent in prayer and worship yesterday with the staff was very uplifting and inspirational. The staff’s love of Christ and passion to help these kids is astounding. Bob even got a chance to share his thanks to the staff – it was very moving.

     After dinner last night, Kate and Rene took us out to get ice cream! It was delicious! There were several unique flavors, a lot had real fruit in them (just ask Pastor Eric and Luke about the seeds they found in the ice cream!).
     This afternoon we painted the outside of the girl’s dorm. We had some difficulties – paint peeling off the after we painted and Bob spilling paint all over Pastor Eric – but in the end we got quite a bit done.
     This afternoon we are dodging rain drops as we play with the children.
     Tomorrow we get to tour the town of Puebla – we are excited!
