North Heights Lutheran

(Written Tuesday afternoon)
We got up early in order to be on time for work. Josh made us eggs, and we had packaged, pre-toasted toast. We took a bus to the work site and got a tour of a huge portion of land. There are only two or three buildings up at this point, but this ministry has huge dreams for a better home for the kids.
In the next few hours we landscaped where new buildings will be. We pulled weeds and moved dirt. It was definitely hard work, but very rewarding. When we were finished working we had the chance to pray for the future of the ministry and kids. We let loose with some soccer against some Mexican staff and a few of the kids. Then we took the bus back to the orphanage to hang out with the kids.
Just for the record, there have been no injuries thus far. Thank you for your prayers and support. We really appreciate it!
