There are 3 words that come to my mind when I think about this place; joy, unity and love. The staff and children seen to have a joy that can only come from the Lord, because it is steadfast, not momentary or flecking. This joy permeates everything they do, whether eating, playing or worshiping in song. They also seen to be united emotionally and spiritually. I believe the kids have shared pain and hope that binds them together, the pain of their past and the hope of second chance, and they know how to love deeply and freely. I could feel the love of God flow through the children as they shared laughter with me and through the staff when they prayed for our group. It is a powerful love that has moved me to tears. I thank God for allowing me to experience this beautiful culture that He created. Catrina
