Cross Way Church Team 2013,

I have to honestly say/write that this has been by far the best moments of my life. I feel so welcomed by all of the kids, teenagers, and staff here. The first person I met was Blanca Acosta. Even though I don´t know much Spanish and she doesn´t know much English, God was working through us to form a strong bond even with the language barrier. We had lots of laughs together. I just want to thank God and my supporters for this once in a lifetime opportunity J.

Who Are We?

Esperanza Viva Youth Home rescues, trains, nurtures, and rehabilitates underprivileged, orphaned, abandoned, and street children and youth whose families are unable or unwilling to provide for them. Since 1994, Esperanza Viva has helped provide for and minister to thousands of children and their families, including full-time care for more than 300 children from different parts of Mexico. Our vision is to expand the youth home and its ministries to become The Living Hope Community, a facility that will eventually house 1,000 children and workers.

Esperanza Viva Youth Home meets the needs of the children…

•Physically through provision of a safe place to live, nutritional meals, clothing, an on-site medical/dental clinic, instruction in good personal hygiene, and opportunities to play and exercise.

•Mentally through on-site Christian schooling in the Integral Education Center, counseling services, and vocational training in a variety of areas.

•Spiritually through personal discipleship, daily devotions, Bible study courses, Sunday school, youth group, and other church activities
