There are 14 of us from Hope Christian Church
that elected to take the trip to Puebla, Mexico. Through hart our fundraising
efforts God showed his faithfulness whit generous donations and a neighborhood
garage sale that brought in $ 1200. It was such a blessing to bear witness to
the generosity God inspired in his people to aid our Journey.
The traveling was some of the smoothest live
experiences in my life. Planes landed ahead of schedule and the airports had
wonderful accommodations .God was faithful to a group of it with a common
destination an agreed upon goal.
l spent 2 months at Esperanza viva when l was
17 as part of the “Verano Intesivo” program .This was long before construction
on the new facility had begun .The staff , the children, the teams and the
interns were making due with rented spaces. I spent the summer sharing 1 toilet
and shower with 9 other girls!
On our tour of the new facility yesterday our
leader Alejandra, continued to show us new spaces E.V. had been blessed with.
She often says “God ´s faithfulness has provided us…” I was moved to tears
truly pondering the enormous blessings.
God was been faithful to ministry in the time
I´d been away. What better evidence of his favor.
Upon the work being done here, E.V. has in turn
blessed our team by making us been very comfortable and welcome.
