Crossroads Church

(Written Sunday)

Wow! What a crazy traveling adventure! 16 hours total travel but we are here safe, praise God! We arrived in Puebla our final destination at 10 p, Saturday. We were all extremely tired but relieved to be here! How amazing to see Mexico City in the light and at night! It took us 4 hours to get to Puebla because traffic was so slow. So happy to be here!

It was a long day traveling yesterday but we´re finally here. I´m looking forward to taking a tour of the Youth Home today, I´m looking forward to the week we have ahead of us!

Wow, we are here!! Slept pretty well, miss you all. Hope you have a great day! Love ya honey, Sherrey.
Cam, please help daddy this week with your brother and sister.
Caris, you are such a great big sister. I need you to help with Cade this week.
Cade, mommy loves you.

There has been so much to take in! God has been present with our group, as we are all taking care of each other as family, sharing laughs and offering prayer and comfort. Miss you all back home! Love you Nick, Landon and Kaitlyn!
Love and blessings. Shannon

Wow! Wow! Wow! I can´t believe that we are in the middle of Mexico. After 16 hours of travel to get here I am so excited to see what God has planned for us. Shirley Newcomb

I am so glad that we are finally here! I am happy that Jeff and I get to do this trip together. I am so excited to see us grow in our relationship together and in God. Jessie Mentink

After almost 11 years of being in the U.S. is nice to be in a latin country right now, eventhough Mexico is different from Colombia, I feel like I am there in a way. I feel such a peace in my heart; I can feel the Holy Spirit in me, giving me comfort from being so far away from my family. So far this has been a great experience. Michelle Trekas

Hi everyone, we are here! Thank you for your prayers, after our two flights and 3 ½ hours bus ride we made it! Today we are excited to worship at Naciones, la iglesia de Esperanza Viva. We spent time in prayer this morning with our prayer partner. Jason led our devotion at time and reminded us of “not our will but yours” we are already learning what it means to be a servant.
Hi honey, give Evan + Gabe lots of kisses from me. Theresa

Hi everyone!
Mexico is beautiful! I´m at the building where church is held waiting for services to start. After church we´ll have lunch at the orphanage then go sightseeing. I love you all! Becky
